Early 1930s Minnie Mouse Doll

An early 1930s felt covered doll formed as the figure of Minnie Mouse. We are uncertain if this is a Deans Rag Book example or a Charlotte Clark (kit form) or a purely home-made example? Certainly the design reflects the appearance of Minnie Mouse in the early 1930s - with the elongated snout, wire whiskers and thin arms and legs (- all these features were gradually altered for Mickey and Minnie by the Walt Disney Studio through the 1930s). Both arms articulate together - as do the legs. Dressed in a green velvet skirt and white lace apron.
Condition and wear is commensurate with age.
