Aneroid Barometer Mounted on Carved Panel

Late 19th / early 20th century Aneriod Barometer and mercury thermometer mounted on a walnut panel, carved in the Victorian Grotesque Style with two winged demons fighting. The Barometer has the high quality maker's name "Negretti & Zambra" on the face - also the number "12737". The brass backplate on which the thermometer is mounted, has "Germany" impressed below the thermometer bulb.
