Paragon China Baby's Bowl by J. A. Robinson

A Paragon China baby's bowl, transfer printed and then hand painted with enamels, from the Pixie Playtime series designed by J. A. Robinson and dating to the 1920s. Condition is extremely good with no damage or restoration and hardly any wear.
Marked with the printed signature of J. A. Robinson in the design and bearing the printed mark for Paragon to the base. Also bears the mark of Tams (another Staffordshire pottery from whom Paragon had bought in the bowls prior to decoration. (see 2nd illustration above.)
