Pair of Cruets formed as Adamson from an American Comic Strip

This pair of cruets was based on a character called "Adamson" from an American comic strip in the 1920s by Oscar Jacobsson. In 1922 this comic strip was renamed "Silent Sam" and was the first Scandinavian comic strip to be published in the States. Good condition and nicely decorated. Marked 'Japan' to bases.
